Following a successful 2011 and a solid qtr 1 in 2012, MRJ is now looking to expand across its Manchester & London offices and has the following key hire available:

 

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Reporting directly into the MD, you will lead and manage a team of 360 consultants responsible for winning, delivering and developing recruitment solutions focussed on Technology expertise within the eCommerce, Mobile & VoD domains.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the number 2 for the business
  • Day-to-day management of a growing team (current 5 in Mcr with plans to grow to 15 within the next 12 months)
  • Provide coaching and training for junior colleagues in all skill areas (leading from the front as a true ambassador of our company values)
  • Manage business pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly & annual budgetary requirements
  • Enforce cross divisional relationships & communication
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecasts
  • Push Team Activity and Productivity Levels
  • Conduct meeting and presentations for any client situation including board level
  •  Implement Business Development initiatives

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Successful track record of winning & delivering new business within the IT market
  • A leading biller with consistent revenue generation skills
  • Coaching and Mentoring experience (Actively develops staff through coaching and acts as a role model)
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills – best of breed level
  • Extensive candidate and market knowledge
  • Senior Level presenting skills
  • A leading business and client relationship developer
  • Capable of introducing other group services to existing and new client relationships
  • Able to push team activity and productivity levels
