Managing Director urgently required by leading North West Software House. The company has made an executive decision to grow the business two fold over the next 3 years and requires a Senior Manager to take responsibility for developing, communicating and delivering the strategic direction to achieve their goals.
A key position reporting into the Executive Board, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing (and delivering) a long term vision for the business
- Building long term relationships with clients
- Establishing strategic business partnerships
- Contract negotiation
- Representing the company within the industry
- Promoting a culture of excellence through strong leadership, inspiration and personal example
