Commerial Property Manager - Surveyor / Senior Surveyor
An outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to take their career to the next level with one of the UK's most respected Private Practices.
Working with some of the most prestigious Funds and Property Companiesto to maintain the effective management and enhance the value of their portfolios across the North West, you will be expected to provide outstanding client service at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing strong Tenant relationships
- Reporting to Clients on a regular basis
- Proactive management style to minimise maintenance issues and voids
- Working closely with Accounts Department to deal with all elements of Service Charge budgets
- Creating strong relationships with external professionals
- Strategic approach to Asset Management - identify opportunities to enhance value working closely with L&T team
